Amancio is a municipality and city in the Las Tunas Province of Cuba. He is located in the south-western part of the province, and opens to the Gulf of Guacanayabo to the south.
In 2004, Amancio had a population of 41,523.[2] With a total area of 857 km2 (331 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 48.5 /km2 (126 /sq mi).
